In Pakistan & India, people love to cook Achari Gosht, for which ready-to-use Masalaas are available in the market.
With the simplest pickle made in Olive Oil & pure home-made vinegar, we can have a variety of dishes & we tried it first with Achari omelette. You may add them, but onions are not required. Take some pickle (made in Vinaigrette) and mix with 2 eggs, cook like an Omelette & Masha’Allah the ACHARI taste will overflow in your mouth, enhancing with every bite. Oil is not necessary for frying, as the pickle itself has the blessed Olive Oil. Fold the Omelette from sides, to give it a professional “Chefy” appearance.
We took Achari Omelette with Barley bread, the combination that can’t be purchased by kings, presidents & prime ministers.
For this recipe, we used Carrots+Green Beans pickle made in Vinaigrette, i.e. Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Pomegranate Vinegar.
