Allah’s Question “Do they not look at the camel; how it is Created?”
Apart from camel’s body features, Allah’s Question also includes the answer for His miracles induced in camel’s meat & milk.
Ibn Al Qayyam wrote “Young camel’s meat is one of the tastiest & most nutritious foods, it is mild & beneficial as the sheep’s meat, and it is hot & dry, difficult to digest (for some) and begets black bile”. But we feel that pure home-made vinegar eliminates all these harms.
Camel’s meat is the cleanest when you are searching for the fat-less meat; fat in camel’s body is not bound to the flesh as other animals possess; camel’s fat deposits at certain areas only. In fact, camel’s fat is also eaten & it is tastier than butter.
We cooked camel’s meat, fat & kidneys with olive oil & pomegranate vinegar. And Masha’Allah it was one of the most beautiful curry ever seen. Camel’s kidney (single) weighs from 750 grams to 1 kg, and camel’s liver is almost 6 ~ 7 kg.
The 2 divine cures (OO+PV) induced digestibility and an irresistible taste.
Camel’s meat curry can also be utilized for making its Pulao, such a wonderful taste of Pulao will never be achieved either with mutton or chicken.
