TUNA with Olive Oil & Sumaaq

Sumaaq is a miracle of my Allah’s creations, it is the best / natural food color & it is used to add a LEMONY flavor. Sumaaq also aids in digestion, it is an anti-septic, a powerful astringent & diuretic, it also helps against Diarrhea & vomiting.

We cooked canned Tuna with Sumaaq, fry the onions, tomatoes, dried garlic & Mirch in the blessed olive oil, along with Sumaaq, AnarDana, Zeerah & whole Coriander seeds, after 10 minutes, add the canned Tuna & fry again for 10 ~ 15 minutes.
