90 % of Pakora lovers & especially children choose Potato Pakoras, which are not a healthy choice by any means. Plain Besan & Potatoes are inferior & then the corn oil for frying makes Pakoras the WORST.

A better alternative is to make Pakoras with White Lobia flour, Potatoes to be replaced with ShakarQandi (Sweet Potatoes) and frying should be exclusively in the blessed Olive Oil. We prepared them & Masha’Allah the quality was second to none.
