Camel’s meat Pulao with Red Rice
Leepa valley is a part of Kashmir in Pakistan, it is a beautiful place with abundance of apples & Honey, & the people also cultivate their own rice, which are popular as Red Rice. (Leepa Valley at the map : 34°17’58.68″N 73°53’46.60″E)
Red rice are not polished at the mill, their bran / husk is removed manually & still you can chew some of the husk in your plate, a crunchy taste to remember.
One of the friends gifted those red Rice & we cooked the Pulao with camel’s meat, Masha’Allah that they were so delicious. Once we cooked Camel’s meat Biryaani with white rice but Red Rice Pulao ranked # 1.

The difference between the Shiite and the Sunnis and between the Jews and Muslims is that the Muslims eat camel’s meat. In addition, the Shiites and Jews neither praise nor eat camel meat. It is well established in the religion that Muslims are allowed to eat camel meat and that the Messenger of Allah (Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam) and his Companions used to eat it while traveling and otherwise.
Young camel meat is one of the tastiest and most nutritious types of foods, and those who are used to eating it find it as light and beneficial as sheep meat.
